            What is the cost to maintain an existing web site?

 

 

 

Answer: 

 

            The cost to maintain a web site is $30.00 per hour.  It is charged in 5 minute increments.

 

 

 

 

 

Question:

 

            What is the cost to design a web site?

 

 

 

Answer:

 

            Cost to design a web site is $100 for the first page and $50 for each page after that.  Setting up secure pages is an additional cost and depends on the type of secure page you want.

 

 

 

 

 

Question:

 

            What kind of input will I have on the final web site?

 

 

 

Answer:

 

             Each web site is designed and maintained for the individual owner.  Each owner will be notified by email when their site is updated so they may make corrections, additions, etc.  New web sites will be viewed by the owner on a private server and approved by them prior to downloading the site to their domain.

            How do I get new information to you?

 

 

 

Answer:

 

            Text information can be sent to our email address as an attachment or faxed to us.  Pictures can be sent to either a special Yahoo account or transferred by FTP to a special server.  Please include specific instructions with each update.

What is the quickest way to reach you?

 

 

 

 

Answer:

 

            Email is checked at least hourly throughout the day and evening and at least twice during the night.  For verbal communication a cell phone is available.  Please contact us through our email address for the number.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Question:

 

            How and when am I billed?

 

 

 

Answer:

 

 

            Owners are sent an itemized bill at the end of each month for maintenance of their site.   New web site designs are not billed until the site is complete and accepted by the owner.
